Do you ever just need a new phrase to use in a trying time? It can be very difficult to keep discipline and feedback positive when we’re frustrated or busy. Recently, one of our elementary teachers said this during a very busy morning. It worked like a charm. The student took on the chance to make a good choice for herself, selected productive work, and the teacher was able to continue a lesson with another group of students.
