Wheaton Montessori News
Recently, we received a donation from a grandfather of two Primary students. The bigger gift was the hand-written note that accompanied the donation.
The grandfather was reflecting on his visit during this year’s Grandparents’ Day and the work that he had observed in the classroom. He was amazed by the variety of work being done. More than that, he noticed that the children wanted to help each other.
“I was very impressed by the teaching methods and the students helping (each other) out. Their class was a group that helped others.”
– J. Davis, grandparent of two current Primary students.
Thank you, Mr. Davis, for your contribution to the school and for your kind words towards our students, teachers, and staff!
We realize that not everyone could be with us on Grandparents’ Day. If you’d like to observe in your grandchild’s classroom and see the work, cooperation, and lessons, please come! You can schedule an observation online HERE.
